What’s Included (The “Package”)
One Flat Fee per Room. No hourly billing surprises.
1. The "Retail-Ready" Floor Plan We design a layout that maximizes your existing footprint. We stick to standard sizes (stock cabinetry, standard doors) so you don't have to wait 12 weeks for custom orders.
2. The Material List (The "Big Box" List) Based on the inspiration images you send us, we select paint colors, flooring, tile, and fixtures that you can buy at your local home improvement store. We give you the specific names and finishes (e.g., "Lowe's - Allen + Roth Vanities," "Home Depot - LifeProof Flooring").
3. The Contractor Guide A set of clear, 2D documents including floor plans, basic electrical notes (where the outlets/lights go), and installation notes so your contractor knows exactly what to do.

Includes: optimized floor plan, vanity/cabinet selection, and a material list for flooring, paint, and fixtures.
Note: Focuses on standard cabinet sizes and off-the-shelf fixtures.
Update your Hall Bath or Master Bath without moving the plumbing. We give you a modern look using materials available at your local retailer.
Best for: Guest bathrooms, kids' bathrooms, or standard master bath updates.
Includes: Vanity layout, tile specification (floor and shower/tub surround), lighting placement, and fixture selection.
Note: Assumes toilet, shower, and sink locations remain in their current spots to save on plumbing costs.

Best for: Kitchens where the layout works, but the cabinets and finishes are dated.
Includes: A drafted floor plan using standard cabinet sizes (retail-ready), countertop selection, backsplash specification, and appliance checks.
Note: Strictly for projects where walls and major appliance locations are staying put.
