How We Work
THE FEASIBILITY CONSULT
We don’t believe in guessing with your money. Every custom project begins with a 90-minute on-site consultation to assess zoning, structural constraints, and your budget. We provide a "Go/No-Go" recommendation before you spend thousands on drawings.
The Cost: Flat fee of $495 (Includes travel within 45 minutes of Phoenixville. Travel surcharges apply for sites outside this radius.)
THE SINGLE DESIGN AGREEMENT
Once we confirm the project is viable, we move to a comprehensive design agreement. This covers the entire journey:
The Concept: We laser-measure your home and create photorealistic 3D options.
The Permit Set: We produce the technical blueprints and structural notes your township and builder require.
CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
Our job isn't done when the drawings are finished.
Advocacy Beyond the Blueprints. While our standard design scope concludes with the delivery of your permit-ready plans, the construction phase is where the design is truly tested. We offer Construction Administration as an optional, extended service for clients who want professional oversight during the build.
By retaining us for this phase, we act as your on-site advocate—reviewing change orders, resolving unforeseen field conditions, and answering contractor technical questions to ensure the final result aligns perfectly with your investment. This service is billed at our standard hourly rate, allowing you to use us as much (or as little) as the project requires.
EXTENDED PARTNERSHIPS
Building Your Dream Team. We deliver a complete, permit-ready set of plans, which includes coordinating the Structural Engineering required for your home’s safety and code compliance. However, complex projects often require a wider team. For specialized needs beyond the structure—such as Civil Engineering (site grading & stormwater), Interior Design, and General Contracting—we provide direct referrals to our network of trusted independent professionals. We help you assemble the right team while remaining focused on the architectural design.
