Digital Products (REVIVE Packages)

Due to the proprietary nature of digital architectural plans and downloadable guides, all REVIVE Package sales are final.

  • Finality of Sale: Once the "Welcome Guide" or "Final Plan Set" has been delivered via email, no refunds will be issued.

  • Revision Assurance: To ensure you are satisfied with your design, every REVIVE package includes one comprehensive round of professional revisions during the design phase.

  • Technical Support: If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at info@freshstartdesignsco.com or call/text (610) 624-2164. We aim to resolve all technical access issues within 24–48 business hours.

Professional Design Services (Custom, VANTAGE)

Retainers for Custom Homes & Additions, VANTAGE Venture, and VANTAGE Haven services are non-refundable once the Feasibility Phase of the project has commenced.

  • Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project before the Feasibility Phase begins, please notify us in writing to receive a refund of your retainer minus any administrative processing fees.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Digital Delivery: All design packages and walkthroughs are delivered digitally. There are no shipping costs or physical transit times associated with these services.

  • Contractor Field Sets: If you purchase a Large Format Print "Field Set," these are printed and shipped via a third-party provider. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and delivery.
