HOW WE WORK
1. FEASIBILITY & CONCEPT DESIGN
Before we draw a single wall, we ensure your vision is buildable. We begin with a personalized consultation and site assessment to understand your goals, zoning constraints, and budget. We then translate this into initial conceptual sketches, giving you a clear, realistic starting point for your renovation or new build.
2. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
We move from rough sketches to precision planning. Using advanced 3D modeling, we let you virtually walk through your future home before construction begins. Once the design is approved, we produce the comprehensive construction drawings and technical blueprints required for permitting and accurate contractor bidding.
3. CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
Advocacy Beyond the Blueprints. While our standard design scope concludes with the delivery of your permit-ready plans, the construction phase is where the design is truly tested. We offer Construction Administration as an optional, extended service for clients who want professional oversight during the build. By retaining us for this phase, we act as your on-site advocate—reviewing change orders, resolving unforeseen field conditions, and answering contractor technical questions to ensure the final result aligns perfectly with your investment.

Building Your Dream Team. We deliver a complete, permit-ready set of plans, which includes managing the Structural Engineering required for your home’s safety and code compliance. However, complex projects often require a wider team. For specialized needs beyond the structure—such as Civil Engineering (site grading & stormwater), Interior Design, and General Contracting—we provide direct referrals to our network of trusted independent professionals. We help you assemble the right team while remaining focused on the architectural design.
