• The Measurement Phase:

  • Self-Survey (Included): You will instantly receive our "Welcome & Measuring Guide" PDF via email to walk you through taking your own dimensions and photos.

  • Professional Laser Measure (+$450): We dispatch a designer to perform a comprehensive "As-Built" field measure of your space to ensure professional accuracy. Note: Base price includes travel within a 30-mile radius of Phoenixville, PA. Projects beyond 30 miles (PA only) will incur a travel surcharge of $2.00/mile (one-way) invoiced separately.

• Design Phase: Once measurements are confirmed, we deliver your completed photorealistic design and plans in 3–4 weeks.

SCOPE & SERVICE NOTES:

• Accuracy: If choosing "Self-Survey," Fresh Start Designs is not responsible for errors in final fitment due to incorrect client dimensions.

• Plumbing: We design basement bathrooms only if rough-in plumbing already exists in the slab.

• HVAC: Design assumes keeping existing ductwork; we will design soffits/drop ceilings to conceal them.

• Revisions: Includes one (1) round of design revisions.
