Update your kitchen without the custom price tag. This package provides a professional architectural layout and a retail-ready material list to modernize your kitchen using standard cabinet sizes compatible with major retailers.

BEST FOR:

  • Replacing old cabinets with brand-new "Retail Ready" or Semi-Custom cabinetry.

  • Keeping the current kitchen footprint (no moving structural walls or windows).

  • Updating flooring, backsplash, lighting, and hardware.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 2D Architectural Layout: Scaled plan showing cabinet placement, electrical rough-in locations, appliance clearances, and work zones (NKBA Standards).

  • 3D Renderings: Two (2) photorealistic views to visualize your new style before you buy a single cabinet.

  • The Click-to-Buy Shopping List: Direct links to lighting, hardware, plumbing fixtures, and finishes.

  • Cabinet Strategy: We design using universal 3" increments. Take our plans to Home Depot, Lowe's, IKEA, or our local partner, Century Cabinetry.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Purchase: Select your measurement preference and check out.

  • The Measurement Phase:

    • Self-Survey (Included): You will instantly receive our "Welcome & Measuring Guide" PDF via email to walk you through taking your own dimensions and photos.

    • Professional Laser Measure (+$450): We dispatch a designer to perform a comprehensive "As-Built" field measure of your space to ensure professional accuracy. Note: Base price includes travel within a 30-mile radius of Phoenixville, PA. Projects beyond 30 miles (PA only) will incur a travel surcharge of $2.00/mile (one-way) invoiced separately.

  • Design Phase: Once measurements are confirmed, we deliver your completed photorealistic design and plans in 3–4 weeks.

SCOPE & SERVICE NOTES:

  • Accuracy: If choosing "Self-Survey," Fresh Start Designs is not responsible for errors in final fitment due to incorrect client dimensions.

  • Appliances: Design assumes standard U.S. sizes unless specs are provided upfront.

  • Islands: We recommend keeping sinks/dishwashers in existing locations to avoid expensive concrete trenching.

  • Revisions: Includes one (1) round of design revisions to fine-tune finishes or selections.
