2D Floor Plan: Scaled layout including vanity sizing and fixture locations.
3D Renderings: Two (2) photorealistic views of the completed design.
Tile & Finish Schedule: Specific grout colors, tile patterns, and paint selections.
The Click-to-Buy Shopping List: Direct links to vanities, tub/shower fixtures, mirrors, and lighting.
SCOPE NOTES & EXCLUSIONS:
Toilet Location: Design assumes the toilet flange and main soil stack remain in their existing location. Moving a toilet across the room often requires major floor joist modifications which are outside the scope of this package.
Shower Waterproofing: We specify Tile-Ready Prefabricated Shower Systems (e.g., Schluter-Kerdi, Wedi, or Onyx) to ensure watertight safety. We do not provide construction details for custom poured mud-bed shower pans.
Steam Showers: We do not design steam showers (requires specific vapor proofing, sloped ceilings, and specialized glass) as part of this retail-ready package.
Windows in Showers: If your layout requires a window inside the shower zone, the client is responsible for verifying that the window is tempered glass and properly flashed for wet areas.
